The Umami papi: CHEF DANNY Ballester

Danny Ballester is a New York native and a man whose name may soon require no introduction. His culinary lexicon spans three continents and countless countries, extending his expertise to French, Italian, Chinese, Mexican, Greek, and Caribbean cuisines. Over the last 10 years, Danny's talent and grit has propelled him to culinary excellence within 4 prestigious Manhattan restaurants. Most recently, he has transitioned those skills into an executive chef position at Self Up NYC.  Danny consistently surpasses guest and management expectations while adhering to any necessary dietary restrictions. (Not for nothing, but the man can really dance, too.)
